This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, namely the Owner and Paws N Pillows and shall be binding on the heirs, administrators, personal representatives.
Information given by the client should be accurate and correct as lawful owners of the pet.
Owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of his/her pet while he/she is in Boarding at Paws N Pillows.
Paws N Pillows is authorized to obtain medical and vaccination records of the pet from the owner.
Paws N Pillows reserves the right to take photographs/videos of the pets while in boarding. We may post or reproduce all photos and videos taken without limitation, on the website, social media sites or promotional materials without becoming liable to the owner or the owner's pet(s) for any royalty payment. Owner hereby releases, covenants not to sue, and forever discharges Paws N Pillows of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature.
The pet(s) will not be admitted in boarding if he/she is suffering from any signs of illness such as: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo Virus or fever etc.
Paws N Pillows will take utmost care of the pet while in boarding. The owner should be aware that there are risks such as illness and/or injury that may take place while in Boarding/Daycare/Grooming. The owner releases Paws N Pillows and its employees from any liabilities related to any injury, illness, accident or death while in Boarding.
Paw N pillows, its owners and employees are not liable in the event of injury or accident during Pick up and Drop service.
Aggressive dogs will not be admitted in Boarding, Daycare or Grooming.
Paws N Pillows may change or remove the pet from group play if they feel its important for the safety of the pet, other pets’ and its employees.
Owner gives Paws N Pillows consent to act in the owner’s behalf to obtain veterinarian services if owner's pet(s) become(s) ill or require(s) the attention of a veterinarian. The owner agrees that Paws N Pillows, in its sole discretion, may engage veterinarian services, administer medicine, or give other requisite attention to the pet(s); that all expenses incurred shall be paid by the owner; and agrees to indemnify and hold Paws N Pillows and its employees harmless from said expenses.
The owner shall pay all the veterinary charges and the conveyance as said above.
Paws N Pillows reserves the right to take photographs/videos of the pets while in boarding. Owner hereby releases, covenants not to sue, and forever discharges Paws N Pillows of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature.
Owner agrees that the pet shall not leave the boarding unless all charges are paid in full to Paws N Pillows. Owner agrees that in the event the boarding charges are not paid when due in accordance with this, Paws N Pillows may exercise its lawful rights upon ten (10) days written notice by delivering such notice via email or WhatsApp or SMS to the Owner. If for any reason the pet is not going to be picked up on the scheduled discharge date, Owner shall contact Paws N Pillows to make arrangements to extend the pet’s stay and will pay the additional charges based upon the aforesaid daily rate.
A pet that is unclaimed at Paws N Pillows for ten (10) days beyond its scheduled discharge date is considered abandoned and will become the property of Paws N Pillows. Every effort will be made to contact the Owner if abandonment becomes an issue. Even after reasonable efforts being made, if the Owner is not contacted, Paws N Pillows will take appropriate steps to rehabilitate the pet with NGOs (both Private and Government) who take care of abandoned pets and/or put the pet up for adoption. Further, Paws N Pillows will be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the Owner, including but not limited to recovery of charges and criminal action for abandonment of pets (Under Section 325 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita). Once the pet is abandoned, the Owner will have no right over the pet and cannot claim damages/or make any claim against Paws N Pillows for rehabilitation of the pet and/or giving it up for adoption.
Paws N Pillows reserves the right to deny admission to any pet for any reason at any time.
Owner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Paws N Pillows from any and all manner of damages, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs, arising out of or related to Paws N Pillows’ services, except which may arise from the gross negligence or intentional and wilful misconduct of Paws N Pillows, including, without limitation, (i) any inaccuracy in any statement made by yourself or information provided by you to Paws N Pillows (ii) your dog, including but not limited to destruction of property, dog bites, injury, and transmission of disease, and (iii) any action by yourself which is in breach of the terms and conditions.
All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction alone.
